ANGELO REMO'N: ABOUT ANGELO

Born in a small town in South Georgia , the son of two operatic singers, Angelo was destined to become an entertainer. Influenced by many bands and singers such as Micheal Jackson, Earth Wind & Fire, Marvin Gaye and Bobby Brown to name a few, Angelo was largely influenced by his uncle Don who had a local RnB band. Growing up in a musical family, he learned how to play keyboards well enough to start writing his own songs at the age of 14. In high school, he formed a teen vocal group called Butterscotch that became popular locally as their songs were a standard feature on radio.

After graduating high school, Angelo moved to Atlanta where he started a solo venture and was discovered by a pruducer out of Ohio who thought he would be the perfect peace for his trio project "Renaizzance", an act under the All Net Records label owned by former NBA superstar Tyrone E. Hill. Renaizzance experienced success on BILLBOARD’S hot 100 charts and received video exposure on B.E.T.

Angelo’s latest atributes include entertaining a celebrity filled roster at the season finally party of the hit tv show “THE WIRE”, opening for superstar singers such as KEITH SWEAT and JOHNNY GILL and writing and producing the theme song for the hit reality show “ THE PLATINUM HOUSE “ featuring DRU HILL on B.E.T.
